Since May, I have been working on improving the effectiveness of internal/external training to be created or updated, and on writing training programs for different objectives: workplace effectiveness, quality of life at work and well-being, management, succeeding in life and one's career.

Team support, operational project management, co-design of an internal onboarding program, co-design of a 360 video experience for chambermaids to develop their quality control skills, preparation and successful completion of the QUALIOPI surveillance audit, support for the renewal audit, research for process improvement, dashboards, and productivity.

Because they spend 8 hours or more with our children, I contribute to professionalizing early childhood professionals and moving away from the image they may have had of school. Blended learning training.

Main missions:

- Multichannel synchronous and asynchronous learner tutoring covering all 6 tutoring functions: content, administration, self-organization, motivation, evaluation, technique. 1000 continuous learners from a multitude of clients. Tracking of tickets assigned to other team members.

- Creation of training content (text, visuals) and correction of published training.

- Creation of an FAQ that became an interactive help guide.

- Monitoring pedagogy, technopedagogy, gamification, and our training topics.

- Satisfaction calls at the end of the course, post-satisfaction survey. Occasional missions:

- Preparation for QUALIOPI RNQ (achieved in 06/2021).

- Improvement and creation of internal processes on the aforementioned topics.

- Creation and publication of communications in the LXP for learners.

- Testing: empathy testing for 2 personas and functional and pedagogical testing.

- Consultation: technical feasibility of software/application interoperability, tools, disability, digital law (GDPR and copyright).

- First draft of communication ideas: newsletter, learner messages, support for learner managers, Facebook advertising, and landing page.

- Technical support for learners during virtual classes led by expert facilitators.
