Direction of the KARA regional program for the Regional Center for the Coordination of Cancer Screenings (CRCDC) of Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Objective: Digitization of the transfer of mammograms and associated medical data for second reading within the framework of Organized Breast Cancer Screening (DOCS)

- Scoping of preparatory technical work

- Management of service providers

- Definition and implementation of the deployment plan

- Support for field actions, training

- Coordination of multidisciplinary regional teams

- Management of partner relations

- Monitoring and development of uses

Support for the association's General Management in the acquisition and deployment of a Human Resources Information System, particularly concerning:

- Payroll

- Time and Activity Management (GTA)

- Facilitation of workshops for analyzing existing systems and needs

- Drafting of specifications

- Coordination of the procurement phase, selection of a software vendor and technical solution

- Scoping and launch of the project in conjunction with the HR and Payroll team

- Facilitation of project steering committees (Editor Steering Committee, Internal Steering Committee, etc.)

- Implementation of steering and reporting tools for the association

- Support for internal skill development and practice change

- Budget monitoring

Support for the deployment of the KOALA solution in Korian EHPADs (Elderly Care Homes) in the Southwest.

KOALA is a project to deploy smartphones in Korian EHPADs, allowing employees to perform their various daily tasks in real-time and on the go (access to Electronic Health Records - Adverse Events - Meal Registration - Technical Intervention Requests - Internal and External Communication, etc.).

Mission Objective:

- On-site travel for commissioning and configuration of smartphones

- Training for all job roles on using the solution and launching its features.
