As a sales advisor, I assisted customers in their choices of fabrics, haberdashery, and interior decoration, providing personalized and technical advice according to their projects. I was also in charge of stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and ensuring the smooth daily running of the store.

Within the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee of Saône-et-Loire, I worked as an apprentice in digital communication and marketing. During this period, I contributed to the implementation and monitoring of the institutional and event-based communication strategy. My role allowed me to develop a global vision of communication challenges in the sports sector, while working on concrete and varied projects, both online and in person.

Key tasks performed:

Digital Content Creation: Writing articles, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts, adapted to different target audiences.

Social Media Management: Managing and moderating institutional accounts, planning and scheduling publications, monitoring engagement, and optimizing content based on statistical analysis.

Event Organization: Participation in the design, coordination, and promotion of sports and institutional events (press conferences, promotional events, open days).

Communication Strategy Development: Contribution to the development of communication plans and digital marketing campaigns in line with the committee's values and objectives.

Monitoring and Analysis: Competitive intelligence, analysis of the impact of communication actions, and strategic adjustments through reporting and performance monitoring tools (Google Analytics, internal tools…).
