My role is to quickly provide the financial visibility, steering tools, and structuring necessary to enable leaders to make decisions with confidence and prepare for the next stages of development.

Experience gained within international groups (Hilti), scale-ups (Yespark, Octopus Energy), and SMEs in transformation, with over 15 support engagements in recent years.

I intervene notably when:

✔ Visibility on profitability or cash flow is insufficient

✔ The finance function needs to be professionalized or transformed

✔ A fundraising round, financing, or strategic project is being prepared

✔ A CFO is absent, in transition, or being recruited
