Hélène collaborated with a psychologist from our laboratory, new to this type of mission, to carry out benchmarks and user tests on a free application for managing respiratory allergies for patients.
She provided a well-structured testing methodology (structured benchmark with standardized grids, scenario-based user tests, in-depth analysis of user journeys, etc.), which allowed our psychologist, with his professional expertise, to conduct the tests autonomously under the best conditions. Hélène then proceeded to analyze the results and proposed relevant recommendations compiled in a report in English sent to all project partners, including EIT Health.
