I support individual and collective transformations within organizations, using 3 main tools:

- Improvisation theater, to dare and experiment with new postures

- Facilitation, to discover new working methods and co-create

- Public speaking, to engage and drive these transformations

1/ Improvisation theater

I am convinced that improvisation theater allows us to experiment with the postures necessary to transform teams and organizations: confidence, letting go, the right to make mistakes, spontaneous creativity, empathy, the ability to engage an audience... After gradual immersion in improvisation theater, I conclude my workshops with a reflection and sharing session, essential for participants to step back from the experience and connect it to their daily lives.

2/ Facilitation of collective intelligence workshops

I design and facilitate tailor-made workshops adapted to my partners' challenges, using a wide range of tools and methods (facilitation, change management, innovation, personal development, improvisation). I intervene particularly on the following issues: building a shared vision and a relevant action plan to restore meaning; diagnosing and building team functioning to work better together; co-constructing the future of an activity, a department, or even an organization; cultural change towards more transversal working methods.

3/ Public speaking training

I offer workshops to a wide variety of audiences to improve public speaking skills. Through immediate role-playing, improvisation theater, and peer feedback, these workshops allow participants to become aware of and gain confidence in their abilities, learn from other participants, and discover the keys to successful public speaking.
