Hélène worked with me to handle all the logistics for an event that brought together 100 people from abroad, in two different locations in Paris.
She took charge of all aspects of the organization, effectively coordinated all involved vendors, both in terms of communication and in monitoring and verifying all aspects of our specifications. She was involved from start to finish, demonstrating rigor and meticulousness in tracking all project aspects.
She was proactive and even anticipated things I hadn't thought of, making my daily work much easier as I could completely trust her and let her work autonomously, which is exactly what I expected from an event project manager.
