Helena Apalategui Lamelas

I am a journalist with over 15 years of experience in communication, 5 of them abroad, and a solid academic background. In 2016, I graduated with a Master's in Corporate Communication Management from Grupo Planeta, validated by the Master's in Image, Advertising, and Corporate Identity from Universidad Camilo José Cela. This has allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of communication.

One of my great assets is my international profile. I am fluent in French, English, and Italian, which has enabled me to develop communication projects in multicultural contexts and coordinate teams and campaigns in different markets.

In addition to my professional experience in companies, I have a clear teaching vocation. I have been a professor for years. I currently work at CESINE University Center, where I teach Digital Marketing and Social Media classes to both national groups and international students in the Business Administration and Advertising degrees.

Throughout my career, I have managed internal communication channels, created content marketing strategies, defined communication plans during organizational change, and managed corporate social media. I am fully aware that well-designed internal communication not only improves the work environment but also boosts productivity and aligns teams with business objectives.

I consider myself a rigorous, creative, empathetic, and team-oriented professional. In an increasingly digital and interconnected world, the communicator must also be a bridge between people.
