🧠 OBJECTIVES

Ornikar was developing its new business offerings (point recovery courses, B2B training) built on Webflow, Wized, and Xano, with the ambition to improve conversion and profitability. However, the project had significant technical debt inherited from successive developers, with recurring issues particularly in payment processing. It was therefore necessary to start from a clean slate and bring the platform into GDPR compliance before any optimization.

Point Recovery Courses (Webflow + Wized + Xano)

→ Technical reliability (almost complete refactoring of the backend + Wized)

→ GDPR compliance through integration of the Axeptio SDK

→ Mixpanel tracking framework (page views & custom events) for multiple products

→ Setup of endpoints via an n8n micro-backend

→ Integrations: Mixpanel, Axeptio, GTM, REST API

✨ RESULTS

Ornikar now operates on a reliable and GDPR-compliant technical foundation, designed to smoothly accommodate future evolutions of its offerings. Numerous structural bugs were fixed in the process, including a payment that had remained unavailable on iOS since the project's inception, despite a large portion of visitors using that environment. The point recovery course site is still online as delivered, and the Accelerated Driving License MVP served as the basis for the product launch.

🧠 OBJECTIVES

Two missions for a communication group: first, a landing page officializing its merger with Olberding, then an event landing page for one of its clients, for a furniture design exhibition/show during Milan Design Week, with the goal of increasing awareness and pre-registrations. The content and design were already ready, so the task was to integrate them into Webflow, faithfully and quickly.

→ Figma to Webflow Integration: landing pages integrated faithfully from the provided mockups.

→ Responsive Webflow Integration: mobile adaptation and QA.

→ Delivery directly usable by the group for its final client.

✨ RESULTS

The group delivered ready-to-use landing pages to its final client, without having to handle the technical aspects. The event page served its purpose throughout the press campaign and the event week, smoothly handling traffic peaks from the announcement and the opening. The group was thus able to entrust the second mission immediately after the first, with complete confidence.

🧠 OBJECTIVES

Guimini was launching Bluestaff, its SaaS for consultant management and workload planning (Salesforce extension), with a deliberately cautious market entry. The site therefore needed to first build confidence in the product's existence and legitimacy, drive demo requests, and then grow alongside the product.

→ Solution Pages: product modules and solutions categorized by target audience.

Bluestaff now relies on a site that has grown with the product, from a simple reassurance page to a complete site presenting modules, solutions by profile, case studies, and a blog, without changing platforms mid-way.
