Problem: Traditional info landing pages for voice bot services only explain what the voice assistant can do but don't let users try it directly. Interested parties previously had to call or book an appointment to get an impression.

Solution: Live voice agent via API (Retell) integrated directly as a web-call widget into a landing page hosted on Cloudflare Workers, including a custom token server route for secure connection establishment in the browser. Additionally, an AI-generated lip-sync welcome video, a GSAP scrollytelling setup for the page, and a voice tour with multiple ElevenLabs voices to choose from.

Result: Interested parties can conduct a test call with the voice assistant directly on the page, without the detour via phone or appointment booking. Technically fully live and verified in the browser.

Problem: When batch printing shipping labels for a large number of orders, a rate limit from the shipping service provider's API caused a silent error. Labels were generated, but the orders were not correctly marked as shipped – posing a risk of duplicate shipments and manual rework.

Solution: Root cause analysis in the n8n and worker backend. Processing order rebuilt (persist labels first, then set marketplace status), error handling with retry instead of silent failure, and an additional hourly reconciliation job as a safety net.

Result: All affected orders were correctly assigned retrospectively, and the error was fixed. The automated shipping process across multiple marketplaces has been running stably without rework ever since.
