I am a freelancer for event & project coordination and talent & artist relations, with a background in the music and media industry, including at Universal Music Germany as a TV and Promotion Manager, as a freelance artist manager, and most recently as 2nd Assistant Director at UFA SHOW & Factual.

I ensure that talents are happy before they go on stage and that organizers can rely on a successful event. An unfulfilled rider, stress during arrival, chaos backstage – all of this jeopardizes the performance. And thus the entire event. I manage this interface reliably and in a structured manner, so that talents are optimally prepared, can concentrate on their performance, and the entire event is professionally executed.

I love to organize, keep an overview, and ensure that all parties involved feel well taken care of, even when everything is happening at once. I remain calm when things get turbulent, think in solutions, and have a real feel for what people truly need in exciting moments.
