SNCF was looking for an expert to help them manage their Power Platform projects. They needed someone with management skills to lead a team of over 10 people, including project managers and developers, with the goal of making them autonomous in the future.

As the person responsible for all Power Platform projects at SNCF, I am involved in all project phases, including requirements gathering, cost estimation, task allocation, and progress tracking until delivery.

I also conduct training sessions for internal and external SNCF employees.

KEOLIS wanted to provide an innovative solution for maintenance teams to meet future challenges.

The goal was to create 3 applications:

- Canvas / Preventive Maintenance: dedicated to tracking maintenance operations, usable on tablets by operational teams. The application supports offline data entry and is accessible to all user types, providing an intuitive interface and reducing the number of clicks.

- Model-Driven App: intended for administrators. It allows managing and configuring the entire database with simplified forms and views.

- Canvas / Report Template Management: intended for maintenance team leaders. It allows managing report templates to be used by operational teams, providing an intuitive interface and reducing the number of clicks.
