Hector Venegas

I was born in Chile.

I grew up between cultures, languages, and different perspectives on the world.

Perhaps that's where my greatest strength emerged: truly understanding people – beyond roles, titles, and expectations.

Today I live in Cologne.

And for over ten years, I've been on stages all over the world – from the USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Dubai to Japan, the UK, and across Europe.

But to be honest:

It was never about the stage for me.

It was always about what happens between people.

I am originally a lawyer.

I learned to think precisely, structure arguments, and create clarity.

Later, I became a Meeting Designer.

Because I wanted to understand why so many conversations miss each other – even though everyone is sitting at the same table.

And today, I work as a Performance Coach.

Because every day I see how much potential is lost when genuine connection is missing.

All of this flows into my keynotes.

I don't talk about communication from a theoretical standpoint.

I talk about what we all know –

Misunderstandings.

Tensions.

Things that are left unsaid.

And moments when suddenly everything becomes clear.

My style is emotional, personal, and entertaining.

Because I believe that we only change what we truly feel.

At its core, it's always about one question:

Why is it so hard to truly understand each other – even though we are constantly talking to each other?

And more importantly:

How can we change that?

I deliver my keynotes in German, English, and Spanish.

But in the end, it's never just about language.

It's about connection.

About genuine encounter.

And about making communication human again.
