Context: Involvement in the ILE project, a strategic inter-application exchange platform operating 24/7 and supporting all Enedis SI flows. Transverse mission focused on functional validation, use case design, and securing inter-application exchanges, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions in an Agile context:

▪ Write test plans and ensure their traceability with User Stories

▪ Prepare datasets and contribute to API test mocks

▪ Organize, execute, and manage test campaigns

▪ Perform non-regression tests and end-to-end scenarios

▪ Analyze results, report anomalies, and track their resolution

▪ Update the test repository and write acceptance reports

▪ Participate in prioritizing scenarios for automation

▪ Contribute to agile ceremonies and test activity documentation

▪ Participate in the continuous improvement of testing methods and tools

At the State Financial IT Agency, I joined the business team of the Chorus Pro portal for dematerializing invoices to public entities as an API project manager. My mission primarily consisted of leading the evolution projects of Chorus Pro APIs:

▪ Study major new needs, ensuring technical, application, regulatory, and business constraints are considered

▪ Formalize needs and expectations for the development teams

▪ Ensure the development team's functional understanding of the needs through impact studies and detailed design documents

▪ Lead internal AIFE acceptance testing and testing with partners, verifying the conformity of delivered solutions

▪ Validate test campaigns carried out by service providers after verifying conformity, consistency, and completeness.

▪ Prepare communications to be disseminated to partners regarding API-related application incidents or potential changes after each evolution.

▪ Analyze API traffic post-deployment and provide internal weekly reporting using the ELK monitoring tool

▪ Keep the Chorus Pro API documentation published on the dedicated partner website up-to-date

▪ Provide functional support for new partners by recommending Chorus best practices in terms of business processes for each presented need.

Within the Commerce Services Platform team - Individual Customer Market at EDF, I work as an AMOA to support EDF in the framing, feasibility study, and design of IT projects impacting its PSC exchange platform:

▪ Application evolutions: Collection of user consumption data and assistance with consumption monitoring, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), consumption range, consent management.

▪ Review and validate project deliverables (Framing note, detailed functional specification, Roadmap, schedule, test plan)

▪ Provide support for the management of the Middleware application for the Individual Customer domain

▪ Ensure transverse coordination between different project stakeholders

▪ Ensure coordination and scheduling of Production Deployments

▪ Monitor the progress of development teams

▪ Provide functional support in relation to users and IT teams

▪ Participate in workload estimation, meeting preparation, and project management.
