I design and deliver facilitation experiences, leadership development programs, trust diagnostics, and learning interventions for organizations navigating growth, transition, and dysfunction. I work across Europe and the US with teams that operate across cultures, time zones, and languages.

What I bring to every engagement: I see what's not there. The decision that didn't get made. The conversation that happened in the hallway but never in the room. The dynamic that everyone feels but nobody names. That's where the real work lives.

My thinking draws on some unlikely sources (quantum physics, Renaissance polymaths, medieval mystics) because the best frameworks for understanding human systems rarely come from business literature.

This usually means looking at three things: why trust is breaking down structurally, how the team is losing its footing during transition or change, and whether the leadership system is extracting more than it's giving back.

I typically work with organizations of 50 to 300 people, often international or remote, often navigating something in transition (a new leader, a merger, rapid growth, a team that used to work and suddenly doesn't).

Engagements include trust diagnostics, facilitated working sessions, leadership development programs, and 90-day integration support. Available for both short term projects and longer engagements.
