Design and develop an attractive and functional website for Essenseana, a company specializing in natural wellness and beauty products, on the Shopify platform. The site should highlight the products, the brand's values and provide useful information to customers, while being optimized for a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Context:

Support Planitec teams on Operational Steering Assistance (APO) missions, cost-time-risks of CEA Marcoule (energy sector).

Missions:

- Carry out an inventory of the methodological framework of an APO platform in charge of planning the decommissioning projects of the UP1 Plant,

- Update and create operating procedures for writing supplier planning analyses and building coordination schedules,

- Create coordination schedules,

- Write the notes of assumptions and analyses associated with the schedules

- Write the semi-annual progress report of projects in terms of deadlines, costs and risks,

- Establish the REX of the DIMP case, focused on the management of deliverables and the invoicing of services.

Context:

Design, develop and implement a multiplatform and turnkey mobile application that contributes to the optimization of the logistics chain from receipt of the order to delivery to customers.

Missions:

Definition of the scope and objectives of the project:

- Participate in the definition and framing of functional needs,

- Write the general and detailed specifications of the project,

- Evaluate and analyze the risks that may occur during the realization, - Define the needs in terms of resources and technical skills

Project management, monitoring and coordination:

- Set up the project structures and its operating rules,

- Define with the project teams, the objectives and deadlines for the realization of deliverables (modules, specific developments, interfaces),

- Pilot and measure the progress (creation of dashboards and KPIs).
