I held 3 successive roles at BPCE, supporting the IT department in a progressive transformation of its QA practices, covering human, technical, and strategic aspects.

Result: increase in QA staff and retention of my role despite the elimination of the official position

Creation of a transverse automation unit (2 automation engineers + 1 consultant)

Design of a tooled automation strategy, communicated at the IT department level

Responsibility for automated test governance

Self-training in automation → ISTQB Automation certification

Integration of automation into the DevOps CI/CD platform

Writing of the IT department's QA strategy and policy

Evangelization of shift-left and awareness of reducing non-quality costs
