As part of a Data transformation program within Bouygues Holding, I took on the role of Lead Data Engineer to implement a decision-making platform based on Microsoft Fabric, aiming to centralize and validate group purchasing data from heterogeneous sources.

- Contribution to a strategic POC for a tender, which validated the Microsoft Fabric solution and won the contract.
- Transitioning the POC to an industrialized production solution.
- Development of AI use cases for processing and structuring purchasing and supplier data.

Context: L-acoustics migrated its BI solution to Microsoft Fabric but encountered difficulties in monitoring and supervising pipeline execution.

Mission 1: Design a Power BI monitoring and alerting dashboard to centralize process tracking and improve operational visibility.

Mapping the infrastructure and data flows to identify failure points.
Design and development of a monitoring model based on Fabric and Power BI APIs to automate execution tracking, alerts, and report generation.
Results: Centralized pipeline monitoring, reduced incident analysis time, and improved BI production control.
Mission 2: Redesign the data loading part by integrating a Data Framework that allows:
Automatic retrieval of source metadata when connecting to DBMS (Oracle, Sql Server, PostgreSql, MySQL: automatic cataloging of objects, schemas, types, and structures).
Generation of SQL code for creating tables, views, and stored procedures.
Configuration and automation of pipelines for populating the different layers of the Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
