· Business Management: Strategic development of the company, elaboration of action and investment plans, definition of the roadmap

· Manage client portfolio and develop commercial activity

· Ensure transversal management with other group companies for major projects

· Oversee technological watch, innovation processes, and R&D projects

· Full responsibility for plastics engineering projects, including mold design, product design, industrialization, manufacturing and injection management, and development of commercial, strategic, and financial aspects.

· Design and R&D of industrial products (Parts and mechanisms) from idea to patenting and industrialization

· Plastic Part: Mechanical design, 3D CAD, feasibility study, adaptation for injection, material selection, dimensioning, and conformity study with mechanical, aesthetic, and environmental constraints

· Gate: Rheological study, optimization, selection of gate type and injection thresholds, placement of ejectors and cooling circuits

· Mold Study: 3D CAD design, morphology selection, ejection type, parting line, kinematics, material and treatment selection, finishing, dimensioning, economic study, costing

· Mold Manufacturing: Feasibility and conformity validation, development of 2D drawings, manufacturing file for cavities and critical parts, planning and manufacturing management

· Testing and Validation: Development of the setting sheet, analysis of trial reports and planning of subsequent adjustments

· Ancillary Tooling: Definition and design of control, assembly, decoration, etc., tooling

· Injection and Production: Definition of machines and peripherals, total development of the production line, validation of process/equipment adaptation, and monitoring of mass production

· Parts and Ancillary Elements: Supplier consultation (Screw machining, metal inserts, electronic boards, etc.), planning coherence between production and supply

· Production Life: Troubleshooting, analysis of improvement areas

· Repair: Expertise and development of intervention in case of breakage or premature wear

· Modification: Feasibility study, development of technical solutions, design, and management

· Maintenance: Development of the maintenance strategy at all three levels
