• o Telephony & Mobility: Management of Orange mobile fleet, Android/iOS configuration and data migration, stock monitoring via Symphony and ServiceNow. User Training: Onboarding new employees and awareness of IT best practices.

• o Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals (PCs, screens, printers), system updates and optimization.

• o User awareness and training on IT security (best practices, passwords) and Creation and online publication of the association's website.

• o Incident and request management via ticketing, complete follow-up in compliance with SLAs.

• o Maintenance and deployment of workstations and peripherals (Windows, Mac, printers, mobiles), antivirus installation, Windows images via PXE/USB, and management of equipment and user accounts (Active Directory, Symphony).
