R&D development service in electronics and embedded systems for a sensor-based measurement system, with full responsibility for the hardware and firmware parts, from needs analysis to usable deliverables for manufacturing, testing, and product iterations.

Main tasks:
Technical need analysis, research of solutions, and proposal of new approaches for the measurement chain and sensor acquisition.
System architecture definition, measurement chain selection, component selection, and structuring of electronic solutions.
Electronic design: schematics, PCB routing, BOM, and preparation of manufacturing deliverables: Gerber, pick-and-place, technical files.
Prototyping, breadboard testing if necessary, board bring-up, hardware debugging, and design iterations.
Firmware development and adjustments on ESP32: sensor data acquisition, power/battery management, Wi-Fi/UART communications, and operational stabilization.
Execution of test campaigns, functional validation, results analysis, and preparation of hardware/firmware improvements for subsequent product versions.
Result: contribution to the development of a more reliable, testable sensor system ready for next product iterations.
