Managerial Responsibilities:

- Head of IT department and subsidiary coordinator for the MyOrange application (mobile application)

- Management and steering of various cross-functional projects impacting different layers of the IS (SOAP Standard API, API with TMF REST standard: ORANGE multi-subsidiary API).

- Planning and cost management, determination of required resources for projects.

- Steering of applications developed by the Orange France group, or by external integrators.

- Reporting on the quality of developments and integration;

- Supervise the development of IT applications and solutions projects.

- Validation of technical, functional, and infrastructure architecture

- Drafting of specifications, Macro Studies, STD, SFD, risk analysis, and other project deliverables.

- Coordination between different stakeholders (Business Owners, Developers, INFRA, Security, Quality Assurance, Operations), Organization and monitoring of EDI deployments.

- Regular reporting on the progress of various projects.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Implementation of SOAP / REST API architectures (TMF Consortium).

- Participation in the development of certain IT system components (API).

- System Administration (Management of continuous integration environments, DEV factory acceptance environments on OTN's private Cloud).

- Training and coaching of development teams / new hires

- Supervision of incidents related to IT infrastructure / production application, and active participation in their resolution if necessary.

- Assist technical project managers / operational teams in resolving problems related to the use of network and system infrastructure (Development, Qualification, and Production Environments)

- Responsible for DevOps and automation of development processes: Implementation of the CI/CD pipeline, at the IT department and Orange Digital Center level
