As a project manager at Altice Media, I oversaw and managed projects related to the advertising sales house (Adtech). With solid experience in coordinating with data engineering teams, I supervised all project phases, from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives were met.

• Adtech Project Management: Deployment and optimization of innovative advertising solutions.

- FLMDH: Development of an analytical platform dedicated to improving lifecycle management and optimizing the residual value of used vehicles.

- FCM Migration: Migration of the used vehicle management software from the old system (SIVO) to the new one (FCM).

- SIVO Maintenance: Complete maintenance of the SIVO application: incident handling, continuous optimization, functional and technical testing, database verification.
