• Analysis of customer specifications and writing of the functional specifications

• Design Review and presentation of the schedule to R&D top management

• Monitoring the development of measurement methods, qualification of jigs

• Customer sampling: Mold monitoring, analysis of dimension measurements, and management of assembly and release tests

• Risk analysis and design of an experimental plan, rigorous monitoring of test execution, analysis of results, and conclusions on the CAEs (Conditions for Fitness for Use)

• Mold/Assembly feasibility review for industrialization

• Management of two design engineers for the update of 2D drawings

• Analysis of release test results

• Resolution of production issues: customer/supplier deviations

• Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new or refurbished molds

• Design and monitoring of the creation of test tooling

• Validation of mechanical test methods

• Management of the transition to 3D measurement methods for components

• Management of the development of a Power BI web dashboard

Modeling the behavior of 316L steel. The objective is to justify the design of a structural element that does not comply with elastic rules, under progressive deformation (ratcheting), according to the RCC-MRx code.

• Needs analysis and project planning

• Literature review on the behavior of austenitic stainless steels 304L and 316L

• Organization of progress meetings with stakeholders

• Experimental Traction and/or torsion tests and raw data processing

• Selection of an adequate visco-elastoplastic behavior law

• Finite element calculations and single Gauss point simulation (behavior simulation)

• Parameter identification using Zopt (optimization module)
