The Splio platform allows launching email and SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, etc. Participation in the GDPR compliance of the company's SaaS solutions (impact analyses, DPIAs – Article 35 of the GDPR). Drafting, review, and updating of contractual documents (addenda, termination letters, general terms and conditions). Involvement in intellectual property and copyright issues, particularly in the context of licenses and digital distribution agreements. Legal support for operational teams on digital law and compliance issues.

Participation in the training of a legal artificial intelligence tool dedicated to the automated reading, analysis, and classification of contractual clauses. Contribution to improving the quality and structuring of contractual data used by the solution. Collaboration with technical teams on issues at the interface between contract law and technologies.
