Within the DSI Galileo, I joined the Compliance and Student Life team to ensure the quality of GeneSIS (Salesforce), OneSpace, and TimeEdit.

Achievements:

• Defining the DOR (Definition of Ready) and DOD (Definition of Done) in collaboration with Product Owners and the Scrum Master, to ensure a shared understanding of the entry and exit criteria for user stories.

• Auditing existing QA practices and writing a "rapport d'étonnement" (surprise report) to identify areas for improvement at Galileo, in line with the team's quality objectives.

• Designing and writing test plans (functional and technical) using Xray, based on user stories written by business and technical teams.

• Writing End-to-End test cases for regression testing campaigns.

• Executing functional, technical, API (REST), and regression tests, with rigorous monitoring of results.

• Distributing test progress reports to stakeholders, providing continuous visibility on product quality.

• Active participation in Go/No Go meetings with a decision-making role on production deployment based on the achieved quality level.

• Reporting, tracking, and validating anomalies via JIRA, in close collaboration with developers to ensure their rapid resolution.

• Refining, challenging, and validating user stories (functional and technical) with POs and developers, in a logic of continuous improvement.

• Automating regression tests with Selenium WebDriver, C#, Cucumber.

Context: Within the DSI of Pickup Services, I joined the INVOICE NG team as QA Lead to ensure the quality of Pickup Billing.

Achievements:

• Designing and writing test plans from functional and technical user stories, via Azure Test Plans.

• Executing functional tests, technical tests, and regression tests, with rigorous monitoring of results.

• Regularly distributing test progress reports to stakeholders (PO, Dev, QA Lead...).

• Active participation in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), with constant QA contribution.

• Co-constructing acceptance cases with Product Owners, to ensure clear and testable validation criteria.

• Defining DOR (Definition of Ready) and DOD (Definition of Done) in collaboration with stakeholders (PO, Dev, QA, business teams...).

• Analyzing risks and impacts, in relation to delivered functional and technical evolutions.

• Expressing, formalizing, and covering requirements, in a quality and traceability-oriented approach.

• Reporting, tracking, and validating anomalies via Azure DevOps, in close collaboration with developers.

• Validating user stories with Product Owners, prior to test campaigns.

• Collaborating with business teams to gather and understand functional needs.

• Monitoring production bugs and coordinating their resolution with developers.
