• Identify stakeholder needs, conduct feasibility and cost studies, lead requirements gathering workshops, and write User Stories (US) & technical-functional specifications.

• Prepare & monitor the schedule & budget after requirements scoping (MS Project, BubblePlan).

• Create, manage, and prioritize the product Backlog based on the product vision and expected business value (Jira & Azure DevOps Board).

• Training & Support: Organize training sessions for end-users on using data products, provide technical-functional support & documentation (Confluence & Sharepoint), collect feedback to improve user experience, and manage Power BI workspaces (Access management, Azure AD groups... etc.)

• Design & Modeling: Design business process diagrams & contribute to the BI modeling of the target solution (Datamarts, Power BI) following BI best practices (Star Schema): Draw.io, Miro, Power BI, Databricks, CRM: Salesforce...

• Data Development & Technical Integration: Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards, identify adequate data sources (Databases, files, Salesforce) and integrate them with Power BI & Azure DF to optimize data flows and performance: Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure DF

Tools & Technologies: Power BI / Fabric, Salesforce, Databricks, SAP BO, SSMS, Python, Azure (Data Factory, AD, DevOps Board), SSIS, Confluence, Scrum, SQL Server... etc.

• Project coordination and management (Waterfall/ Scrum), task & ticketing management (MANTIS), planning and budget management (GANT), and conflict resolution.

• Data analysis, modeling, and integration (Microsoft Business Intelligence: SSIS, SSAS, SSMS).

• Requirements gathering workshops and business needs specification, and technical feasibility workshops.

• Provide technical-functional support for operational deliverables (AMS). Tools & Technologies: Mantis, SQL Server, Java/Java EE, Python, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS.

• Project management assistance (Waterfall, Reporting, Ticketing: CLARIFY Platform).

• Contribute to Application Maintenance (AMS) and data integration (Talend).

• Lead weekly meetings between the technical and business teams.
