Implementation and management of quality processes for aeronautical projects (Focus AIRBUS). Management of internal audits, handling of non-conformities and SARI alerts. Facilitation of continuous improvement workshops to optimize project quality and productivity.

Main point of contact for major clients (Pratt & Whitney, Kawasaki, Leonardo...) for quality performance monitoring, non-conformity management, and complaint resolution. Management of customer audits as well as certification audits (FAA, DGA), ensuring preparation, action plan follow-up, and closure of discrepancies. Coordination of process risk analyses (PFMEA) and follow-up of continuous improvement projects to control processes and reduce non-quality.

Management of certification projects within Capgemini Engineering (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 9001, EN 9100, Top Employer...). Performance of special process audits for SAFRAN SAE suppliers: definition of audit objectives and context, identification of deviations from standards and best practices (Scope Europe & USA). Management of the Integrated Management System: design, deployment, and monitoring of processes compliant with current standards (EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
