Responsible for managing unpaid accounts by contacting debtors by phone, email, or mail. My role involves making reminders to obtain payment of debts, negotiating settlement solutions (payment plans, discounts), and monitoring payment progress. I often work with debt management tools and must ensure compliance with current legislation while maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with debtors. I may also be required to report on ongoing cases to my superiors.

An outbound call center agent, responsible for contacting clients or prospects by phone to collect information, conduct surveys or investigations, or promote services. Following a precise script, I enter responses into software and monitor results. I need to be clear, persuasive, and maintain good relationships to ensure the quality of exchanges.
