My skills, knowledge, and experience encompass extensive experience as a Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect, as well as practical expertise in developing modern AI systems, particularly in the areas of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Computer Vision.

In the Salesforce domain, I have over 12 years of experience in consulting, architecting, and implementing CRM solutions for global enterprises. I served as a Solution Architect for large-scale CRM transformation programs, including global Salesforce rollouts spanning multiple countries and brands. Additionally, I established architecture governance structures, defined integration strategies, and developed technical standards to ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of the systems.

Concurrently, I have built profound practical experience in developing AI-based systems, especially in the medical field. As the technical lead for the MedScanAI project, I am developing an AI platform for analyzing radiological image data and supporting clinical decision-making processes. I work with computer vision models such as U-Net and Mask R-CNN for segmenting and detecting medical findings in X-ray images. Furthermore, I am developing systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs) with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to efficiently access medical data, reports, and knowledge sources, and to generate context-aware responses.

By combining my long-standing experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect with my practical expertise in modern AI technologies, I am capable of conceptualizing, implementing, and successfully transitioning both traditional enterprise systems and innovative AI solutions into productive environments.
