As an experienced and competent mechanical engineer in the field of construction, I have a proven track record in product development and construction. With in-depth knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, Catia V5 and Solid Edge, I am able to create complex designs and models.

My skills in the finite element method (FEM) enable me to carry out structural analyses and optimize the performance of products. Thanks to my expertise in technical documentation, I can create precise and detailed drawings and parts lists to ensure smooth production.

In practice, I have extensive experience in the simulation of valves for the identification of the Kv value, determination of mass flows and cavitation analyses. These analyses enabled me to optimize valve performance and identify potential cavitation problems to ensure their reliability and longevity. The insights gained have helped to develop innovative solutions and improve the design of valve systems in various applications. With this experience, I was able to successfully build and manage a simulation department.

My expertise also extends to areas such as pipelines, pressure equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics and drive technology. I understand the requirements and standards of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and the ASME Code and can ensure that the products developed meet the required standards.
