Each list delivered with verified professional email, LinkedIn profile, direct number, and recent buying signals (active recruitments, funding rounds, job changes) to prioritize follow-ups and maximize response rates.

Tools used: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Pharow, Clay, Dropcontact, Kaspr.

Results: 15 lists delivered over 4 months, representing over 3,500 qualified contacts, 3,200 verified professional emails with 90% validity, and 2,800 usable direct numbers, with each list delivered within 5 business days and directly usable for cold calling or cold emailing without any reprocessing.

The mission consisted of building ultra-qualified B2B prospecting lists for an SDR team handling 120 to 150 calls per day, exclusively targeting CEOs and Founders of French agencies with 20 to 200 employees.

Standard applied: zero duplicates, zero blacklisted contacts, zero out-of-target. Each contact verified via Dropcontact and NeverBounce, cross-referenced with LinkedIn and the SIREN database to validate size and sector, with manual exclusion of profiles already present in the CRM.

Result: a list directly importable and usable for cold calling without any reprocessing. Validity rate guaranteed at 90%.
