I support organizations in the operation, security, and continuous improvement of their information systems, with an approach focused on reliability, security, and service continuity.

With experience in L2/L3 IT support and systems and network administration, I am involved in incident management, identity and access management (Active Directory, rights management, GPOs), as well as the implementation and maintenance of Windows and Linux infrastructures. I have worked in structured and demanding environments requiring rigor, traceability, and adherence to procedures.

I also contribute to technical projects such as the deployment and migration of virtualized servers (VMware / vCenter), the implementation of backups and recovery plans (Veeam), and the writing of technical documentation and operating procedures.

Autonomous, rigorous, and customer-service oriented, I can quickly adapt to client environments, analyze technical issues, and propose reliable and secure solutions. Curious and motivated, I am committed to continuous skill development and knowledge sharing within teams.
