As part of my previous position as a teleconsultant on an energy call management project, my main responsibilities included receiving and managing calls, assisting and advising clients, monitoring files, and raising awareness of sustainable energy.

As an outbound call teleconsultant, I am responsible for contacting prospects to present our online training courses, answer their questions, and validate appointments in order to provide them with all the information necessary to register. My goal is to understand their needs, advise them in a personalized manner, and achieve performance objectives, while ensuring quality customer service.

As an inbound call teleconsultant, I am responsible for responding to customer requests, whether by phone or email. My role is to provide detailed information about our products or services, process orders, resolve customer issues, and ensure quality after-sales service. I strive to provide quick and effective solutions, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with each customer. My goal is to ensure an optimal customer experience by responding to their needs with responsiveness and accuracy.
