HANS.architecture develops clear, contemporary residential architecture with a focus on existing building development, new construction, and accessibility. The office works with a calm, Nordic-inspired approach: precise planning, reduced design, responsible use of space, light, and resources. Projects are created in close coordination with clients and specialist planners – transparent, efficient, and focused on long-term quality. This results in living spaces that appear warm, functional, and natural.

As Project Manager and Architect at HTG, I was responsible for the planning and coordination of complex construction projects in residential and public spaces. My tasks included design and the creation of complete building applications for several buildings in a new residential quarter. Another focus was the development of accessible solutions in public spaces, including coordination with authorities and specialist planners. I also supported the fire protection upgrade of existing buildings and took on additional planning tasks – from early feasibility studies and approval planning to tenders and awards.

As a specialist planner and project developer at GIB, I developed new residential concepts for existing buildings and planned new construction projects with flexible, future-proof floor plans. My responsibilities included the energy and consumption-oriented analysis of existing properties, as well as the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade measures. I managed coordination and negotiations with utility companies, prepared economic feasibility calculations and needs analyses, and was responsible for the preparation and execution of tenders and awards.
