Hans-Peter Ludwig

From January 2023 to April 2025, Mr. Hans-Peter Ludwig supported our client as an experienced freelancer in the further development and optimization of the existing abas ERP application. His commitment was characterized by high professional competence, deep process understanding, and a strong sense of responsibility. Within the scope of the project, Mr. Ludwig took on key tasks, including: - Conception and introduction of new ERP functionalities (drop shipping, external warehouse locations with freight forwarders, calculation logic, and pricing). - Conversion of warehouse management to a chaotic warehouse system, including adaptation of relevant processes. - Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project controlling for systematic tracking of progress and resources. - Documentation of project steps and creation of user-friendly manuals for internal use. The collaboration with the various departments was consistently partnership-based, goal-oriented, and efficient. Mr. Ludwig quickly integrated into the teams and always maintained transparent and constructive project communication. Through his structured approach and his ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, he contributed significantly to the success of the overall project. His solution-oriented attitude and commitment were highly valued by all parties involved.
