About Dr. Hanna

I take on projects that have stalled — with clear prioritization, stable processes, and genuine team focus. As a Project Manager and Scrum Master, I step in where things get tight: with limited capacity, chaotic requirements, stuck projects, or teams that aren't functioning.

I immediately bring order to initiatives, create transparency for stakeholders, and enable teams to deliver with focus and without obstacles. Whether agile or classic project setup: I take responsibility, stabilize processes, and ensure that deadlines become achievable. Through my time in the conference industry, I have gained particular experience with projects that have a fixed deadline and cannot be postponed.

What you gain: faster progress, clearer decisions, less friction within the team, and reliable support in management.

Typical engagements: Project planning and execution, stakeholder alignment, crisis stabilization, PMO support, process optimization, improving communication, team coaching & moderation of Scrum events.

What sets me apart: Hands-on mentality, high problem-solving competence and practical thinking, empathy, optimism, and humor. I know that successful communication begins with listening.

Experience

  • Selbstständig
    Project Manager & Scrum Master
    March 2025 - Today (1 year and 5 months)
    Berlin, Germany
I solve problems! As a freelance Project Manager and Scrum Master, I jump in whenever projects aren't finished and goals aren't being met, when staff are short-term scarce, or other acute problem situations arise.
  • Selbstständig
    Parental Leave
    July 2021 - December 2024 (3 years and 5 months)
    What did I do?
Parental leave is about managing the first months and years with babies and toddlers and giving new arrivals a good start in life. This requires very similar skills to those needed in a project.
The big advantage of parental leave over the office is that you always get quick and clear feedback on your own performance and can adjust strategies and plans accordingly in the short term.

The most important skills I needed in this job:
High level of organizational talent:My family had (and still has) four people needing to be in different places at different times, requiring a high degree of organizational talent and rigorous planning skills.
Stakeholder management:The goal should be to recognize, analyze, and involve the needs and expectations of all family members early in the planning process to identify and minimize potential risks and conflicts early on. Comprehensive communication is crucial for this.
Active listening:Children (and everyone else, for that matter) should learn to think independently and solve their own problems. However, you don't learn this skill if parents (or superiors) always dictate how things are best done. Active listening means truly listening to the other person and reflecting their ideas and feelings back without judgment. Over time, they will find their own way to the goal, whether it's building a complicated Lego tower or an innovative marketing campaign.

  • INTREPID DELTA GMBH
    CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
    January 2016 - June 2021 (5 years and 5 months)
    Projects:
    • Building a sales team, building a database, provider selection for CRM system, personnel recruitment, onboarding, establishing reporting and controlling structures
    • Development, conception, organization, and execution of a new conference on Smart Data in Production
    • Setting up a functional office organization
    • Establishing product development process structures
    • Winding down a limited liability company (GmbH)

The most important skills I needed in this job:
Strategic Planning:In a startup, long-term strategic goals must be set and, of course, the path to achieving them planned: Which topic areas are currently interesting? How many employees can I hire? How should sales figures develop? It is important to have a plan that extends beyond tomorrow and next week and perhaps even until the holidays.
Prioritization:As a founder and managing director, you are simultaneously involved in very different tasks. While I was thinking about the strategic direction of the business, I had to onboard my staff, and the tax advisor also needed a call back. And then the internet goes down. If you don't prioritize, you fall behind.
Team/Personnel Management:For the first time in my life, I had personnel responsibility for a team (3-8 people). In a small startup, it is very familial on the one hand, but on the other hand, problems must also be addressed clearly. Additionally, different employees require different approaches depending on their mindset.
