- The journeys can result from new features, created to meet the needs of customers, or improvements to journeys that generate many tickets from customers to Customer Support agents.
- My copy work applies to all journeys found in the Qonto application, Web and Mobile, but also to emails and mobile push notifications that can streamline the user's path or improve their general understanding of the product.
