Designed and developed the hybrid smart home application roxanne using the Ionic framework. As the software team leader, I was responsible for managing the software department, including both the application and the gateway (server). Maintained close collaboration with the hardware team to streamline development, troubleshoot issues, optimize the system, and implement effective solutions to existing challenges.

As a freelance Full Stack Developer from October 2015 to February 2018, the journey involved planning, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining a variety of web applications. Each project was an opportunity to dive deep into both frontend and backend technologies. Collaborating with clients was essential; understanding their needs led to tailored solutions that improved user satisfaction. The experience not only honed technical skills but also emphasized the importance of effective project management in delivering quality results on time.
