I led the following activities in chronological order:

• As part of its merger with Réunica, I worked on rationalizing management tools for the convergences of PRC, Allure, and the ADHPart Group IT system.

- Implementation of indicators to measure the completeness of various data loads

- Work on standardizing outgoing correspondence

- Verification of the proper functioning of target systems (user acceptance testing)

• Dematerialization of incoming correspondence via DMS

- Identification of different typologies, priorities, volumes of documents/actions

- Development of specifications and distribution rules for routing to the correct inboxes

- Implementation of pilot sites before generalizing the system

• Various federal projects within AG2R

- Transfer of tools to the AGIRC-ARRCO federations

- Merger of AGIRC-ARRCO institutions

- Monthly payment of contributions

• Supplementary Pension Company Web Portal

- Go-live of a registration process allowing companies to connect and access services.

- Provision of services for companies (DSN FIAB, Membership Conditions, My Latest Communications)

- Implementation of a procedure allowing third parties to register on the client portal

• Evolutionary maintenance of applications

- Monitoring of developments, version upgrades of WebRC Entreprise

- Production monitoring of BREF, BAC, BST, BRC, WebRC Entreprise components

- Leading project scoping at the beginning of projects

- Preparing, managing, and executing tool acceptance tests: progress tracking / anomalies / test report

- Writing specifications / writing meeting minutes

- Studying scenarios with pros / cons

- Writing communication support / progress support / reporting support / schedule tracking

- Validating workarounds - ensuring communication

As part of the smart metering program for Gas (GazPar), I led the following activities:

• Study and implementation of the security solution for 11 million metering devices using the HSM encryption/decryption solution

• Monitoring and review of deliverables from the integrator (Bull)

• Organization of solution review workshops, HSM and physical key acceptance testing

• Organization of the key ceremony enabling the establishment of a user quorum

• Writing target business processes and project documentation for solution maintenance

As part of a large international IT system overhaul program with resources from various countries and English as the working language, I performed the following activities:

• Tracking of deliverables, consumption, and resources

• Preparation of meeting materials (Project Dashboard), project indicators (CPI, KPI)

• Implementation of the change request process
