Definition, implementation, and optimization of data extraction, transformation, and structuring solutions. Automation of database maintenance and enrichment processes to improve performance and reduce manual interventions. Participation in the design and deployment of new databases, in collaboration with technical teams. Contribution to the continuous improvement of data workflows and pipelines.

End-to-end development of User Stories: full lifecycle management including needs analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, integration testing, and functional demonstration to stakeholders. Design of robust and efficient data solutions, ensuring quality, maintainability, and compliance with technical standards. Active participation in the Agile Scrum framework, including: Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Refinements, and Demos, fostering good team coordination and regular delivery. Collaboration with business and technical teams to transform functional requirements into operational data solutions. Optimization of data processes and pipelines, with a focus on performance, reliability, and automation.

Technical leadership and team management for Data teams, dissemination of best practices, and daily support. Intervention on complex or blocking issues, acting as a technical referent to ensure the quality of delivered solutions. Active contribution to team skill development: preparation and facilitation of workshops, technical support, participation in training plan construction. Capitalization and structuring of Data know-how: documentation, lessons learned, standardization, and consolidation of project practices.
