After several successful experiences and obtaining my degree in accounting and management, I chose to share my skills and values through the agency I founded: BH Solution.

There, we combine the expertise of an outsourced Administrative and Financial Director and a strategy consulting firm to support managers and entrepreneurs in their financial, administrative, legal, and organizational development. A pragmatic approach, without jargon, based on concrete solutions adapted to your needs.

During this internship, carried out as part of my accounting and management studies following my career change, I was able to enrich and refine my skills to complete my training in this field. With a varied portfolio of 10 clients (artisans, VSEs, freelancers), I performed accounting, monitoring, and processing of a securities portfolio (stocks), calculating acquisition costs using the FIFO method, VAT declarations, bank reconciliations, preparation of balance sheets after closing and revision work, and digital support for the client portfolio.

I wrote a thesis "The accountant of tomorrow: on the wave of digitalization" in which I analyze the disruptive changes in the accounting profession in the face of digitalization, drawing on Schumpeter's "creative destruction" theory and highlighting the strategic role of the accountant of tomorrow as a digital consulting and support partner.

In 2018, this SME in the construction sector called on me because it was in deficit and lacked cash flow. I therefore considered it essential for the company's sustainability to implement a recovery strategy. Through my actions, in 2 years, I was able to bring this company back into full tax and legal compliance, client and supplier procedures were put in place, turnover and profit for the year were greatly improved along with a significant reduction in working capital requirements; this thanks to the implementation of all my skills.
