Steering of strategic and high-stakes business projects:

✓ Launch of MYTF1 MAX, launch of TF1+ as a streaming platform on ISP boxes and TVCo in France and internationally

✓ Deploy new features on the TF1+ product and monitor post-deployment KPIs (pairing, consent, Premium, etc.)

✓ Participation in market studies with the partnership team to assess opportunities and risks

✓ Preferred contact for ISPs (Orange, bytel, SFR, and Free) and partnership and distribution teams: coordination of project committees and technical workshops, reporting, planning, roadmap

✓ Management of an external supplier as PO and CDP: supervision of a team of 3 people in agile mode (daily, Kanban, retro, contract, CAF estimation, etc.)

✓ Ensure reporting to stakeholders

✓ Lead technical projects with certain partners: migration to AWS, catalog export in OTT mode, new service platform, DATA collection, targeted advertising, etc.

Steering and monitoring of several CDN OTT / IPTV projects: several cross-functional stakeholders and two external suppliers

MOE CDN: opportunity studies (roadmap and new features, new OTT services), feasibility study and expression of needs, QOS/QOE, feasibility study, writing technical and functional specifications, participation in system tenders, CDN dimensioning,

Steering of the execution phase: budget monitoring, reporting, risk analysis and action plan management, coordination of project committees, management and monitoring of external suppliers, etc.

Project description: implementation of an OTT CDN for linear and non-linear services

• Project scoping and management: leading the project team, facilitating project and steering committees, reporting, risk management and action plans, participation in and monitoring of tenders (system, storage, network, and housing)

• Participation in reflection on the architecture of a multi-CDN solution to improve the QoS/QoE of OTT services for linear and non-linear services

• Technical monitoring and coordination of workstreams (TDR evolutions, TDR interconnection with third-party CDNs and Canal's internal CDN, interconnection with ISPs and transit providers).

• Deployment preparation and monitoring: defining a deployment plan based on business and marketing stakes, monitoring workstreams (housing and site preparation (power, cabling, racks, etc.), network integration with Cisco, FO integration with ISPs, system integration and acceptance testing, VSR preparation)
