• Production Process Optimization: Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.

• Technical Change Management: Implement and monitor technical changes in production and on drawings, and track quantities and values of obsolete items following technical modifications.

• Participation in Design and Validation: Participate in the design and validation of workstations, the development of layouts, and the construction of panels with the Brettbau team.

• Technical Data Management: Create and update "Master datas", BOMs, as well as assembly and pre-assembly operating procedures, and update technical data in SAP.

• Data Reliability: Ensure the reliability of production data processed on the ERP system, as well as production times and Taktung.

• Budget Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of annual series production budgets.

• Study and design of the BAKO "B2" chassis.

• Study and integration of the suspension system.

• Study and simulation of the "Crush Test"

• Improvement of efficiency in the IP line for project E2XX.

• Implementation of a Lean Six Sigma improvement project following a series of steps called DMAIC.

• Implementation of an action plan and monitoring of improvements made.
