OPC – Scheduling, Steering and Coordination of Construction Sites

I act as an OPC to manage and coordinate the execution of construction projects, ensuring deadline control and proper organization of stakeholders. My role consists of structuring the schedule, organizing task sequencing, coordinating companies, and monitoring the actual progress of works throughout the construction site.

I support my clients throughout the works phase, from site preparation to acceptance, with a resolutely operational approach. I ensure the link between the client, the project manager, and the companies, ensuring good information flow and effective management of interfaces between trades.

Accustomed to technical sites and constrained environments, I anticipate risks, identify blocking points, and implement corrective actions to maintain a controlled site dynamic. My method is based on a strong field presence, rigorous management, and concrete decisions, oriented towards results and respect for commitments.

Experience at Erd Bati – Construction Management & Project Management

At Erd Bati, I held a position as a construction manager with a strong project management component, on operations involving extensions and major renovations. I was responsible for the overall management of construction sites, from the preparation phase to delivery, with a constant objective of controlling deadlines, execution quality, and safety.

I was responsible for work planning, team organization, and coordination of different stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. My role involved daily monitoring of progress, anticipating site risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain an efficient production dynamic.

In parallel, I was involved in the operational management of projects: leading site meetings, monitoring interfaces between trades, checking the conformity of structures, and direct communication with clients and partners. This approach allowed me to ensure controlled execution of works and delivery in line with expectations, even in technically and organizationally constrained contexts.
