General Framework:Project Management – Procurement in EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects.

Intervention within the framework of complex industrial projects, with transversal responsibility covering the functions of project buyer, purchasing coordinator, and contract manager.

Management of Strategic Purchasing

Management of high-value works and technical equipment purchases, including works contracts up to €10 million and critical equipment such as the EC4 electrocompressor (€6.7 million). Monitoring of procurement procedures, from tendering to contracting, ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary, and schedule requirements.

Definition and Implementation of Purchasing Strategies:

Development of purchasing strategies aligned with project objectives, coordination of tenders, multi-criteria analysis of offers, negotiation of contractual conditions, and organization of kick-off meetings (KOM).

Contractual Monitoring and Risk Management:

Supervision of works and supply contracts, monitoring of subcontractors, management of claims, budget deviations, and contractual risks. Implementation of monitoring and reporting tools to ensure traceability, compliance, and control of commitments.

Interdisciplinary Coordination and Team Management:

Leading the purchasing unit, coordinating activities throughout the project phases, main interface with Contract Managers and technical teams. Organization of progress and closing meetings, and management of internal and external interfaces.

Monitoring of performance indicators, development of dashboards, escalation of alerts and critical points, active contribution to strategic decision-making and process optimization.

• Financial monitoring of contracts,

• Analysis and comparison of offers (analysis of lowest and best bids),

• Organization and facilitation of weekly/monthly meetings on study progress with CDP/Project Team.

• Drafting and contracting of agreements,

• Contract monitoring, Delegated Project Owner (MOAD): Invoicing, cash flow monitoring, client relationship management with EDF,
