Projects: P1-Cronos France Deployment (V CYCLE): This project involved implementing new functionalities covering the new needs of the French subsidiary in various areas such as production monitoring, logistics, and procurement. As a business analyst, I was responsible for the logistics part by organizing various meetings with the business stakeholders. I was able to define this scope and translate their needs into detailed specifications, then proceed with the different acceptance and deployment phases. P2-Gm*drive Bridge (SCRUM): After the acquisition of OPEL by PSA, the migration of systems was inevitable. Having gained experience in the first project, especially in the logistics part, I had the opportunity to participate in all stages of this project, starting with various brainstorming sessions with Opel and PSA collaborators to identify different needs, up to user testing and deployment. Technologies: XML, Oracle Sql Developer, Justinmind, JIRA, SoapUi, HP Quality Center, Hermes JMS, Enterprise Architect, EVN, Excel, Word. Tasks performed:

- Business needs analysis.

- Identification of adequate solutions to cover functional requirements.
