Context: Within the IT department, advertising products division, we are responsible for implementing the new Unique Customer Reference product, which aims to centralize customer data, improve its quality, synchronize it in real-time with all other applications, and simultaneously begin decommissioning the old legacy system by migrating the monolith to microservices.

The goal is to make this data useful and exploitable by the entire IS/business and to more broadly meet the 360° customer vision.

This solution consists of four modules:

● Web Portal for managing and consulting advertising data.

● APIs for interfacing with other internal applications and Salesforce, and for real-time object synchronization.

● Data synchronization system with Azure Data Factory.

● Change detection system in the OnPremise database to then synchronize the reference data on Azure.
