Responsibilities in communication and team management: • Is responsible for the internal and external image of the company, • Creates and develops an environment conducive to success, • Communicates company policy, • Ensures good general communication between departments. Operational responsibilities: • Intervenes in the installation and configuration of network equipment according to the specifications of the architect teams, internal requests, company policy and current legislation. • Maintains network equipment on the hardware and software level on levels 2 and 3. • Optimizes technical resources to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions. Ensures the application of preventive maintenance procedures. • Maintains data exchange systems with remote sites.

• Qualification, Design and implementation of the network and systems architecture in a global way. • Qualification of the network need of business applications. • Management of evolutions (related to customer requests or internal needs). • Installation and evolution of hardware and software elements of network equipment. • Maintaining the operational and security conditions of the information system. • Advice and assistance to customers. • Monitoring of daily operations. • Management of interventions in case of anomaly. • Implementation of internal documentation and procedures. • Writing incident reports and production-customer communications.
