• Budget Coordination: Management of the annual budgeting process in collaboration with various operational departments.

• Monthly Closings: Active participation in monthly closing tasks (accrual entries, actual/budget variance analysis) 4. Process Optimization:

• Drafting and formalization of standard operating procedures for stock management, aiming to reduce data entry errors and streamline workflows.

• Monitoring and analysis of strategic KPIs: Monitoring commercial performance indicators, customer base evolution, and workforce tracking.

• Management Steering: Updating and presenting dashboards to guide operational decisions. 2. Consolidated Reporting & Business Partnering

• Monthly Reporting Coordination: Supervision of financial data consolidation in close collaboration with accounting teams (France and International scope).

• Intra-group Flow Management: Analysis of expense items and supervision of intercompany billing in collaboration with operational managers. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Consolidation

• Elaboration of comparisons and leads.

• Audit tests: sections (Shareholders' equity, Treasury, customers, suppliers, revenue).

• Drafting of the analytical review.
